The website www.ok-lux.ro includes the electronic store and represents the official online presence of the company SC I 4 BEST SALES SRL, a limited liability company, established and operating in accordance with Romanian legislation, with its registered office in Bucharest, Str. Exempluului no. 12, sector 3, registered with the Trade Register Office attached to the Bucharest Court under no. J40/12345/2020, unique registration code RO43211211.

OK-Lux aims to provide quality services and a safe and pleasant shopping experience to its customers every day. The online store functions as a direct communication channel between the company and consumers, offering the possibility of purchasing products by online order, within the limits of available stocks.

The company carries out its commercial activity with seriousness and transparency, aiming to build a relationship based on trust with all its customers.

These Terms and Conditions fully comply with applicable Romanian and European legislation. Users confirm that they have read, understood and agree to comply with the terms below.

Personal data protection

To place an order through the OK-Lux online store, it is necessary to provide certain personal data. These may include: full name, delivery address, phone number, e-mail address, as well as, in the case of payment by card, the data related to it (card number, expiration date, CVV code).

SC I 4 BEST SALES SRL processes this data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 679/2016 on the protection of natural persons (GDPR) and with the national legislation in force. The data is used exclusively for the processing of orders and is not disclosed, sold or transferred to third parties, except in cases expressly provided for by law or necessary for the processing of payments and delivery of orders.

The data entered for online payment is processed securely, and card information is automatically deleted from our database immediately after the transaction is completed.

For certain payment methods (e.g. Klarna), your contact details and order details may be passed on to the payment processor for eligibility assessment. This data is handled according to the providers' own policies.

Product information, features, sizes and prices are available on the website. All products displayed can be ordered online, while stocks last.

Ordering products

Placing an order online represents a distance contract, according to Government Decree No. 34/2014 on consumer rights.
To order, the buyer must be of legal age and have full legal capacity. The company reserves the right to request additional information when it deems necessary.

An order is considered valid only after electronic confirmation received by e-mail. In cases where the contact information is incorrect or incomplete, OK-Lux reserves the right to cancel the order.

All prices are expressed in lei (RON) and include VAT. The company reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

Delivery

Products ordered on www.ok-lux.ro are delivered through partner courier companies of the multi-courier platform woot.ro.

The average delivery time is 1–5 business days, depending on product availability and delivery address.

Consumer rights

Right of withdrawal

According to GEO No. 34/2014, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without justifying the decision, within 14 calendar days from receipt of the product.
The product must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging, with all labels attached.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must complete the return form received by email or available online on the website.

Product warranty

Products sold by OK-Lux benefit from a 14 calendar day conformity guarantee from the date of receipt.

Customized, modified or worn products cannot be returned.
For hygiene reasons, items such as underwear, swimwear, tights and earrings cannot be returned.

The refund of the amounts paid will be made within 5–14 business days of receipt of the returned products.

Canceling and replacing orders

If you wish to cancel an order, you can contact us by phone or email at the address mentioned in the Contact section.
Replacing a product is not possible directly; in this case, the original product is returned and a new order is placed.

The entire content of the site — texts, images, logos, symbols, graphic materials and multimedia — is the exclusive property of SC I 4 BEST SALES SRL.
Total or partial reproduction without written consent is prohibited.

Force majeure: In the event of unforeseen events (disasters, strikes, logistical restrictions, etc.) that prevent the delivery of products within the established deadline, the company will inform the customer and make every effort to remedy the situation.

Applicable law

Contracts concluded through the website www.ok-lux.ro are governed by Romanian law.
Any disputes arising between the parties will be resolved amicably, and otherwise, by the competent courts in Romania.
