1. Cash on delivery (cash on delivery)

You can opt for cash payment, directly to the courier, upon delivery of the package.
This option is available for all orders delivered via OK-Lux partner couriers.

Please have the exact amount ready in cash at the time of delivery, for a quick and efficient delivery of the package.

2. Payment by card at the point of delivery

For orders delivered to pickup points (locker or fixed point) where the partner courier offers the possibility of card payment, you can pay the amount for the order directly at the POS terminal available at the location.
The transaction is made instantly, and payment confirmation will be automatically sent to you by email.

3. Online payment with bank card

The fastest and safest payment method remains online payment by card, available for all orders placed on our website.

After selecting the "Online payment by card" option, you will be redirected to the secure page of the Viva Wallet payment processor, where you will enter your card details (number, expiration date, CVV code).
The transaction is fully encrypted and processed through secure channels compliant with PCI DSS standards.

After completing the payment:

  • you will receive a transaction confirmation notification from Viva Wallet;

  • Your order will be automatically marked as "paid" and will be shipped with zero value upon delivery (no refund).

Viva Wallet supports:

  • all Visa, Mastercard, Maestro credit and debit cards;

  • direct payment by card, without the need for a Viva Wallet account;

  • Pay through your existing Viva Wallet account or quickly create a new one, if you prefer.

4. Apple Pay

If you use Apple devices, you can pay quickly and securely through Apple Pay, directly in the Safari browser or in the OK-Lux mobile app.
Make sure you're signed in with your Apple ID, then confirm the payment with Face ID, Touch ID, or your device's passcode.
All billing and delivery details are automatically filled in, for a smooth and secure checkout experience.

5. Google Pay

Android users can choose Google Pay for a fast payment experience without manually entering card details.
Make sure you're signed in to your Google account, and your billing, shipping, and contact details are automatically filled in when you place your order.

6. Payment security

All payments made on www.ok-lux.com are processed in completely secure environments.

  • No OK-Lux employee has access to your card details.
